Combe Florey is situated north west of Taunton in the Council Borough of Taunton Deane. The Village Hall is at the heart of the village and hosts many events throughout the year and is available for hire at very competitive rates.

The Church and Village Hall are the main features of this quiet Somerset village, which also includes a local pub, the Farmers Arms.

Combe Florey has a thriving Women’s Institute, Art Circle, Bowls Club, Pilates groups and Book Mart, and a Village Hall Committee which organises many events throughout the year. Most events centre on the Village Hall which is also available for hire.

Local shops are situated at Bishops Lydeard, approximately 2 miles away, and Taunton is an excellent town for shopping, being the County Town of Somerset.

The M5 motorway can be accessed from Taunton and trains to London and the south west run from Taunton Rail Station. The village is close to bus routes – No. 28 between Minehead and Taunton stops at the bottom of the village on the main A358.

Combe Florey Village Hall is a registered charity (Reg Charity no.304521) and is run by a committee of volunteers who also act as Trustees.
